I was so excited to get a big water cup for while I work, but was disappointed to find that the tumbler doesn't really keep your drink cold or hot for that long. It didn't take long for the paint to start chipping either, and I only hand wash it with a regular soft sponge. The straw is very thin, so it clangs around in the lid and can make a lot of unwanted noise if you're trying to provide a relaxing experience for your client. I used it just about every day for maybe half a year and one of the little tabs on the pink detachable lid piece broke so it no longer snaps into place on the lid to hold the straw. Now there's a large hole in the top and my drink REALLY doesn't keep the desired temperature and the straw REALLY clangs around. I've since bought two other replacement tumblers for work from other sites and use this one for emergencies.

The bottom of the handle is not stuck to the actual tumbler! Not sure if it’s ment to be like that but u definitely can’t fill it all the way up and hold it like the picture:(
