Framar International Inc. (“Framar”) is sensitive to the concerns that you have about the use of the information that you disclose to Framar via its website, social media accounts, messaging services, and other means. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth Framar’s privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that it gathers. Framar will not sell, share, or rent your information to others in ways different from those disclosed in this Policy.

Framar may disclose Your Information in the following instances or to the following persons: (a) if Framar is required to disclose Your Information by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities; (b) if Framar is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, in which case, Framar will provide you notice before Your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy; (c) to Framar’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies; (d) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties Framar uses to support its business; (e) for any other purpose disclosed by Framar when you provide Your Information; (f) with your consent in any other cases; and/or (g) if Framar believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Framar, its customers, or others.

While Framar strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Information, Framar cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to learn what data Framar collects about you, ask that Framar delete your data, and/or ask that Framar not sell or share it. Please note, you are entitled to ask Framar to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information Framar collected about you in the previous twelve months.
If you request that Framar delete your personal information, Framar will do so and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions of Framar’s website that require your personal information to operate.
Please note, if you ask Framar to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with Framar’s website, and certain functionality of the website that require the usage of your personal information to function may not work. But in no circumstances, will Framar discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s Privacy
Framar’s website and social media accounts are not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen (“Child” or “Children”). Framar does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under eighteen. If you become aware that a Child has provided Framar with personal data, please contact Framar. If Framar becomes aware that it has collected personal data from Children without verification of parental consent, Framar will take steps to remove that information from its servers.
Changes to This Policy
Framar may update the Policy from time-to-time. Framar will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
