Framar's Return/Refund Policy
We can offer full refunds on returned products that are not used or unsellable. All products that are returned must be shipped to our offices, 700 Kinsmen Ct. Unit 2, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2H
The cost for postage, duties, taxes and any potential brokerage fees must be covered by the customer as Framar covers these costs when shipping
into the USA and abroad. We often find that the cost of this many be more than the product themselves so it may not be worth it. The only way to be certain would be to contact your shipping carrier to see what the costs associated with shipping the goods back to Canada would be.

International Orders (outside of US)
Any damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to Framar within 1 week of receiving your order. Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the parcel your order came in, the shipping label, and photos of the product you received. We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally.
