I want to make sure I recognize the INCREDIBLE customer service I received after placing my order. I’m from Denver Colorado & I placed my order right when all of the ridiculous tariffs / parcel code issues were going into affect between the US & Canada. I called Framar a month later very frustrated (and slightly ignorant) to figure out where my order was. The gal who helped me on the call (I wish I got her name) was SOOO informational and helpful. She explained everything to me and then got my information to send me a new package immediately. I got off the phone after talking with her and thought “now THAT is how you handle customer service”. She was wonderful! She took my information and resolved the matter effectively. I got my package like a week later. I am so impressed! Whoever she is, she deserves a raise!!! We are grateful for our Canadian friends near and far! Thank you for providing us hair stylists and our clients with great products and managing the chaos with grace! I’m a forever customer!
