NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1.ELIGIBILITY This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Framar (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2.ENTRY PERIOD The giveaway begins on November 27th, 2025 at 7pm EST and ends on December 11th, 2025 at 12:01am EST (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter:
Method 1: Online Entry via Email/SMS Signup
- Visit framar.com during the Entry Period
- Complete the email and SMS signup form with your valid email address and mobile phone number
- By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to this giveaway and marketing communications from Sponsor
- Submit the completed form
4. Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. WINNER SELECTION One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER the “Entry Period” by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry within approximately five (7) business days of the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of issuance to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind to claim the prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. PRIZE Prize: One (1) $500 Framar gift card. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $500 USD.
Prize Details: Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant. No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the prize or any portion thereof is not claimed within the time periods specified, it will be forfeited, and Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner or not award the prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on prize and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance and use of prize. Winner may be required to provide tax identification information and may receive an IRS Form 1099 or its equivalent.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the giveaway or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified; or for any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit one's ability to enter.
If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://framar.com/pages/privacy-policy-new . By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Email and SMS Communications: By providing your email address and mobile phone number through Method 1 (Online Entry), you consent to receive marketing emails and SMS text messages from Sponsor. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails or by texting STOP in response to SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Entry into the giveaway does not require consent to marketing communications if you use Method 2 (Mail-In Entry).
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state/province), prize information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.
11. DISPUTES Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Any legal proceedings arising out of this giveaway or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Canada, Ontario and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection it may have to personal jurisdiction, venue, or convenience of forum.
